Q1. 产品的真实性和是否有现货?

RB 店内的产品都是现货而且只卖正品。如果您发现任何产品不符合描述,您可以提出退货和退款。


Q2. 货到付款可以吗?我想在实体店取货。

我们支持来店光顾,自提选项,和送货服务。


Q3. 几时会发货?

产品将会在下单两天内发货。寄送服务: RB Transport Team, Gdex Express, & Citylink Express.


Q4. 我收到不完整/错误/损坏的物品。我可以退款吗?

可以通过我申请退款。请向我们提供图片包裹和里面的物品供我们为您检查。

Q5. 为什么产品会生虫 & 产品生虫怎么办?

我们的中草药产品是天然无硫磺的,生虫属于自然现象,可以参考这篇论文 (知乎: 中药生虫是件好事)。如果贮藏方法不当,易变质而失去药效,建议解决方案:

(1) 清水清洗,马上使用 

(2) 冷藏保存效果最佳 

(3) 及时晒干 

(4) 放在干燥处,注意防潮。

注意:如已霉烂变质,或大量生虫结块,则不宜再作药用。




Q1. What is the authenticity and availability of the product?

RB sells only authentic products that are available in-store. If you find products that are not as described, you may raise for a return and refund.



Q2. Is COD available? or local pick-up?

We support walk-in, pick-up options, and delivery services.


Q3. When will be shipped?

Products will be shipped within two days of placing the order. Courier Services: RB Transport Team, Gdex Express, & Citylink Express.


Q4. I received an incomplete/wrong/damaged item. Can I get a refund?

Q5.  Why is the product wormed? What should I do if the product is wormed?

Our Chinese herbal products are naturally sulfur-free. Insect growth is a natural phenomenon.
If the storage method is improper, it will quickly deteriorate and lose its efficacy. Suggested solutions:
(1) Rinse with clean water and use immediately
(2) Refrigerated storage provides the best effect
(3) Dry in time
(4) Place it in a dry place and be careful to prevent moisture.

Note: If it has become moldy, deteriorated, or has many insects and agglomerates, it should not be used for medicinal purposes.
