Preparation (Serves 4 persons): 
 • EG's Soup Packed (Included 1 pack Ingredients, 1 sachet red dates & 1 sachet wolfberries)
 • 500g chicken
 • 2200ml of water
 • A bit salt & M.S.G.

Cooking Instruction:
1) Open & wash all the ingredients, then put into the filter bag (except wolfberries)
2) After the water boils, add the soup ingredients and chicken (except wolfberries)
3) Cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat for 20 minutes
4) Add wolfberry and seasonings, stir and enjoy
(May choose stew for 3 hours will make it more delicious, add wolfberries & seasonings, after stir and enjoy)

烹饪法:
1) 打开及清洗全部配料, 然后放进煲汤袋 (除了枸杞)
2) 水烧开后, 加入汤包配料和鸡肉 (除了枸杞)
3) 大火煮10分钟, 转小火继续煮20分钟
4) 加入枸杞和调味料, 搅拌后即可享用
